Zak replied promptly, didn't try to suggest other (more expensive) roofing finishes and came to site to give a verbal quote which was quickly followed up a detailed written quote. He also gave a long workmanship guarantee alongside the guarantee for the EPDM. He was able to do the work pretty soon after we accepted his quote and he and Elliot did a really nice job, were quiet and tidy.
