Full Roof Replacement and Integrated Solar Installation in Broadstone

We recently completed a full roof replacement for a property in Broadstone, delivering a durable, modern roofing system designed to provide reliable protection while improving the home’s energy efficiency.

The main pitched roof was finished using Crest flat concrete roof tiles. Their clean lines create a smart, contemporary appearance while providing dependable protection against the elements. Careful attention was given to every stage of the installation to ensure the roof was secure, weatherproof and finished to a high standard.

As part of the project, we also installed 20 Marley integrated solar panels. Unlike traditional panels that sit above the roof tiles, these panels were fitted flush with the roofline. This creates a much sleeker appearance and allows the renewable energy system to form part of the overall roof design.

The property also included a flat roof area, where we installed a fully adhered single ply membrane system. This provides a seamless, watertight and durable finish that complements the newly installed pitched roof.

By combining pitched roofing, flat roofing and integrated solar PV within one carefully planned project, we created a complete solution for the property. The finished result is a clean, weatherproof and energy efficient roofing system that offers both long term performance and a modern appearance.
